Nut Free No Bake Granola Bars {Refined Sugar, Gluten & Nut Free}
  1. In a large bowl stir together the first 5 ingredients {all dry} until well blended.
  2. In a separate glass bowl add the coconut butter, honey, and vanilla. Melt in microwave for 1 minute and stir completely until well incorporated.
  3. Pour into the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Line an 8 by 8 baking dish with parchment paper hanging over opposite sides. Spray the parchment paper with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish.
  6. Spread to edges and press down with a spatula to even off the top.
  7. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  8. Lift by parchment paper onto a cutting board.
  9. Slice into squares or bars.
  10. Wrap individually to store.
