  1. Peel jicama with vegetable peeler.
  2. Slice into French fry-sized sticks {1/4-1/2 inch thick}
  3. Place jicama in a serving bowl, squeeze the lime halves over the top.
  4. Sprinkle the chili powder and salt on top and toss to coat the jicama.
  5. Serve immediately as the jicama will become soggy if left too long.
Notes
Prep dish ahead of time by cutting jicama and toss with lime and seasoning immediately before serving. Serve with guacamole instead of chips!
